With over 15 years’ of extensive experience in audits, financial reporting, and financial management, Folajimi's impressive career journey includes key roles in some of the industry's most renowned organizations, establishing him as an expert in the field. His achievements and expertise serve as a testament to his proficiency and exceptional skills in driving financial excellence and strategic growth. Folajimi is a 'Big 4' trained financial expert. His knowledge spans treasury management, investment and portfolio management, strategic planning, and risk management. He has diverse and extensive Board representation experience. Currently, he sits on the Boards of companies in the investment and asset management space, hospitality, energy, fintech, and consulting. Additionally, he has experience working in the public sector with a secondary mortgage institution. Folajimi is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Esther Ugwu is a Senior Wealth Manager at Anchoria Asset Management. She has over 11 years’ experience in Sales and Relationship Management. Prior to her appointment, Esther was a relationship manager at Chapel Hill Denham Ltd. She served in diverse capacities in the Bond units at UBA trustees and then Team lead customer service at United Capital PLC. She also served as a sales executive at AIICO Capital Plc. Her specialization includes, Financial and Investment Advisory, Customer Service, Relationship Management, Wealth Management and Portfolio Management. She holds a BSc. in Chemistry from Lagos state University and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Jethro is the Head, Fixed Income at Anchoria Asset Management Limited. He has over 15 years’ experience spanning Asset Management, Treasury Management, Fixed Income Securities Trading and Business Development in financial institutions. His specialization includes Securities Trading, Treasury Management, Financial Market analysis, structuring of Fixed Income products, Investment Management, Relationship Management and Business Development. He holds an MSc. in Corporate Finance from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom and a BSc. In Economics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.

Oreoluwa is the Head, Research at Anchoria Asset Management. She has over 5 years of experience in Investment Research and Strategy. Prior to her appointment, Oreoluwa was a Research Analyst at Greenwich Merchant Bank, where she focused on the Financial Services Sector as well as global and domestic macroeconomic analysis. Oreoluwa is a CFA Level 2 candidate and holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Lagos.

Mercy Adesorioye the Head of Operations at Anchoria Asset Management. She has over seven years’ experience in Operations, Investment, Treasury and Process and Program Management. Prior to her appointment, Mercy was in the settlement operation at Adino Partners Limited. She has served in diverse capacities as Team lead, Banking operations as well as Investment Analyst at VFD Microfinance Bank. Her specialization includes Capital Markets Operations, Investment Management, Process and Program Management and Business Development. Mercy is a member of the Cooperate Finance Institute with certifications in Capital Market & Security analyst (CMSA) and Financial Planning & Wealth Management (FPWM) Mercy is a lean six sigma black belt holder and has a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Lagos.

Sunday is the Chief Compliance Officer at Anchoria Asset Management. He has over 7 years’ of experience in financial Institution and Capital Market in Risk, Internal control, and Compliance. Prior to his appointment, Sunday was the Head, Internal Control and Compliance, GTI Securities Limited. He has served in diverse capacities as Client relations, Account Officer, and Chief Compliance officer. He has also served as Operations Officer at Belfry Investments and Securities Limited. His specializations include Control, Regulatory Compliance and Equity Trading. Sunday is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS), Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). He is a Sponsored Individual of Securities and Exchange Commission as a Compliance Officer and holds a B.Sc. Business Management.

Joseph Tanimola is the Chief Financial Officer at Anchoria Asset Management. He has over 9 years’ experience in Financial Reporting, Strategic Financial Planning, Business Performance, and Risk Management. Prior to his appointment, Joseph excelled as the Financial Reporting and Business Performance Manager at FBN Quest Merchant Bank. He has also served as Financial Reporting Officer at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. He is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti.

Cynthia Okolo is the Head, Marketing & Communications at Anchoria Asset Management. She has over 7years’ experience in Brand management, Communications, and Digital marketing. Prior to her current appointment, Cynthia was the Brand, Digital and Communications officer at Greenwich Merchant Bank. She has served in diverse capacities as Communications officer, Brand and Event management executive. She has also served as Digital marketing and Business development & Communications officer at First City Monument Bank and Olajide Oyewole LLP respectively. Her specialization includes Brand management, Digital marketing, Content strategy & creation, Social media management, Website management & optimization, Merchandising & Event management. Cynthia has a Bachelor’s and Masters’ degree in Masscommunication from Houdegbe North American University and the University of Lagos respectively.

Her specialization includes Employee Relations, Learning and Development, organizational Development. Chigozie is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
